Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at joolihomefurniture@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All of our products are eligible for a 30-day exchange policy. To qualify for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Refunds & Exchanges – Refund Amount and Shipping Cost Responsibility

We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent service. The following outlines the refund amount and shipping cost responsibility for returns and exchanges under different circumstances:

  • Returns/Exchanges Due to Seller’s Responsibility
    If the return or exchange is required due to reasons attributable to the seller (e.g., wrong item sent, quality issues, or other confirmed errors), and after confirmation with our customer service the item is unused and meets our return requirements, the handling will be as follows:

For Returns:
Refund Amount: 100% of the amount actually paid.
Return Shipping Cost: Borne by the seller.

For Exchanges:
Return Shipping Cost: Borne by the seller.
Re-delivery Shipping Cost: Borne by the seller.

  • Returns/Exchanges Due to Buyer’s Responsibility
    If the return is due to reasons attributable to the buyer (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size, unsuitable color, etc.), and after confirmation with our customer service the item is unused, meets our 30-day return policy, and meets our return requirements, the handling will be as follows:

For Returns:
Refund Amount: 100% of the amount actually paid.
Return Shipping Cost: Borne by the seller.

For Exchanges:
Return Shipping Cost: Borne by the seller.
Re-delivery Shipping Cost: Borne by the seller.

 

Refund & Exchange Procedure

Step 1 – Submit a Request
Contact us at joolihomefurniture@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos if applicable.

Step 2 – Wait for Authorization
Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Step 3 – Prepare the Item
Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Step 4 – Shipping Costs

Seller’s responsibility (wrong item, quality issue): We provide a prepaid return label and cover all shipping costs.

Buyer’s responsibility (change of mind, wrong size/color): Within 30 days of receipt, seller covers return and re-delivery shipping costs.

Step 5 – Send the Return
Ship the item within 10 days after receiving return authorization. If using your own courier, provide the return tracking number to customer service.

Step 6 – Processing
Once the return is received and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement item.

 

Notice

  1. If the product has any quality issues, please contact us first. We will provide a prepaid return label.
    If you choose to return the product on your own, we will not cover the return shipping cost. Please be sure to provide us with the return tracking number. Thank you for your cooperation.
  2. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product doesn’t meet your expectations or if you placed an incorrect order.
  3. Before returning the product, please ensure that both the product and its original packaging are intact. Please provide photos of the product and packaging before shipping the return.
    If the product or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Please kindly note.
  4. Please return the parcel and provide the carrier name and return tracking number within 10 days after receiving the authorization and prepaid return label.
    If the return arrives after this period, we reserve the right to refuse the return and refund.
