-Fast shipping from the UK via Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, or other reliable carriers, with door-to-door delivery. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

-Please note that international orders to some remote areas may require additional postage. If you are unsure, please contact us with your postcode, and we will reply within 24 hours.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at joolihomefurniture@gmail.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

2. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product doesn’t meet your expectations or if you placed an incorrect order.
